How can I book an appointment?
We offer several easy ways to book. You can book online, here. You can email Info@CAMMediaLLC.com. Or you can call or text us.
What areas do you service?
We are located in Brunswick County, NC. We service anywhere from Myrtle Beach, SC to Wilmington, NC. We can also service outside of this area for a small travel fee.
Are you commercially licensed to fly drones?
Yes. All of our photographers are commercially licensed by the FAA to operate a drone.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are. If you are a builder or corporate client requiring a COI, please contact us.
When will I get my photos?
Photos are delivered the next day!
How do I pay my invoice?
You can pay online using a credit or debit card. You can also pay the photographer in person via cash or check.
Will I get to see my photos/video before I pay?
Of course! You’ll be able to preview photos prior to purchase.
Can I download my photos without paying?
Downloading is only available after an invoice has been paid.
What if it’s cloudy?
Don’t worry! We will replace the cloudy sky in all photos with a bright blue one… even through the windows!
What if it rains?
In light rain, we will normally be able to complete your shoot and replace the sky. If heavy rain is expected, we will reach out prior to your shoot and reschedule.
What’s the difference between the included floor plan and the floor plan add on?
Our free floor plan is included in our Economy and Producer packages. It is a full floor plan of the home with labeled rooms.
The “floor plan add on” is included in all higher tier packages and can be added to the Economy or Producer package. It is more detailed to include fixed furniture and appliances like dishwashers, sinks, counters, showers, etc. It also includes approximate Gross Living Area (GLA) and approximate room measurements.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment?
We highly recommend you check out our comprehensive list to get ready for your shoot.
Declutter as much as possible. Hide things like paper towels, toothbrushes and soaps and decor. Open blinds and clean windows. Make sure your lawn is maintained. Move any vehicles out of the driveway. Make sure all of the lights are on, and all of the ceiling fans are off.

How many photos will I get?
Each package has an estimation of how many photos will be delivered, but we will take as many as your home needs to create the most ideal listing.
I live out of town, but I want my beach rental photographed. Do I have to be there?
Most of the beach rentals we shoot are vacant with no owner present. Typically, we are given a code to access a lockbox or door keypad. The photographer will unlock the home, photograph the property, and then turn off any lights/lock up. Once a property has been shot, we do not save any access info.
My listing is vacant. Can you virtually stage it?
